Intercourse Pain - Caused by Vaginal Spasms

Vaginal Spasm (Vaginismus) is a condition which affects a woman's ability to engage in any form of vaginal penetration, including sexual penetration, insertion of tampons, and gynecological examinations.  This is the result of a conditioned reflex of the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, causing muscles in the vagina to tense suddenly and making any kind of vaginal penetration either painful or impossible.

Causes

Vaginismus is caused by vaginal tissues lacking in the relaxation and elasticity hormone prostaglandin E1 due to bad vaginal blood circulation, an imbalance of androgen hormones and estrogen, surgical scarring or vaginal thinning.  All of these result in excessive vaginal erectile nervous tightness and tissue shrinking or damage.  Excessive blood sugar, progesterone, prolactin and the stressors epinephrine and cortisol can cause this problem too.  In addition, any condition that causes excessive amounts of the inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E2 (PGE-2) can lead to vaginismus.

There are a number of factors that can lead to the above conditions and ultimately vaginismus, including birth control pills, sex organ surgery, breast augmentation, C-section, tubal ligation, liposuction, hysterectomy, excessive or rough sex, and overuse of vibrators, dildos, and water-jets.  All will induce excessive PGE-2 release for a painful, desensitized vagina and possibly intercourse pain.

In addition, prostaglandin E2 contained in semen can induce a painful burning sensation and trigger yeast infection if the vaginal tissues are abraded during intercourse.  Prostaglandin E2 serves as an immune suppressor for sperm to survive in the vagina and uterus and helps the woman's egg to implant into the uterine lining.  But excessive prostaglandin E2 can fully disable vagina immunity, leading to yeast infection and burning intercourse pains.

Natural Solutions

Combination of various fish oils and natural formula can boost prostaglandin E1 and nitric oxide production and to reduce prostaglandin E2 release.

Finger Pliers Massage For Vaginismus Relief

Also, use the Finger Pliers Massage with VIP Cream to soothe the vagina.  Generally, you can use warm semen to massage your vagina since semen contains a lot of prostaglandins to help with tissue relaxation.  A warm vaginal stimulation can induce vaginal blood circulation and trigger prostaglandin and androgen hormone synthesis.  Or, use a warm vaginal dilator to emulate a hot penis.  You can buy a medical vaginal dilator and then heat it up with warm water.  Apply VIP Cream to your vagina and then insert the heated dilator into it gradually.  If you use semen, you'll need pregnancy protection if you don't want to get pregnant
